Job Description
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
·Complete Plumbing Installations —Perform full installations of water heaters, toilets, valves, stack piping, and related systems.
·Job Leadership —Lead installation projects, ensure proper workflow, and maintain high-quality workmanship.
·Code Compliance —Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company requirements.
·Customer Interaction —Communicate clearly with homeowners, explain work performed, and provide professional experience.
·Team Collaboration —Work with apprentices or helpers when assigned, offering guidance and support.
·Equipment & Material Management —Ensure proper use of tools, maintain inventory on the truck, and prepare materials for each job Required Qualifications
·Journeyman Plumber Licenseor Experienced Apprentice License Required
· Proven experience installing: Water heaters (tank & tankless preferred), Toilets, Valves, Stack piping and vent systems
· Strong understanding of plumbing codes and installation best practices
· Ability to work independently and lead job sites
· Excellent problem-solving and customer-service skills
· Reliable, professional, and safety-focused Required Qualifications
· Experience mentoring apprentices
· Comfort with diagnosing installation-related issues
· Ability to read blueprints or installation diagrams
