Summary:
The BMET-equivalent provides technical support to ensure ECME medical equipment remains safe, serviceable, and mission-ready through preventive maintenance tracking, equipment certification, and system documentation.
Responsibilities Essential Job Functions:
Maintain preventive maintenance records in DMLSS.Track and update equipment certification dates in maintenance actions for medical and operational support equipment. Assist with equipment inspections prior to shipment or redistribution. Support discrepancy resolution between DMLSS and PMI-ATS records. Provide technical input for equipment condition assessments. Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge: Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills that result in clear, concise, and positive organizational and planning skills. Strong analysis and problem-solving skills. Understanding and working knowledge of company policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience maintaining medical equipment.
BMET training, certification, or equivalent.
Secret clearance is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in applicable field of study or equivalent years of experience.
