Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Minimum of one year of basketball coaching experience
Experienceworking with children in an educationalor recreationalsettingpreferred
Ability to create and implement innovativeyouth sport or fitnessprogramlesson plans
Passionforyouthdevelopmentandexperience working with youth between 4-18 yrs.
Professional, friendly manner and excellent customer service attitude and abilities
Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
Enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable team player
Self-motivated, takes initiative and willing to acquire new skills
Well organized and detail oriented
CPR certification required
