Busy principal seeks Executive Assistant to support her in multiple endeavors, maintaining coherence between representatives of the agencies, companies, institutions, partners and affiliates that make up her universe. She is well-traveled and connected in media and nonprofit arenas. This Executive Assistant will manage everything from calendar and correspondence to travel and special projects, moving fluidly between running her organizations and personal life. This requires someone flexible and organized who can grasp multiple threads at once without losing track of any of them, with a thick skin who can match the pace of a principal who moves quickly and expects the same in return. Requirements● 3+ years directly supporting a founder, executive, or principal in a fast-moving organization● BA/BS from competitive US college● Excellent writing● Google Workspace, Excel● Genuine ease around shifting priorities● Evening and weekend availability as needed Responsibilities● Manage principal’s calendar within the context of a varied and evolving set of commitments, priorities, and stakeholders● Handle personal appointments, errands, and logistics alongside professional ones● Oversight for principal’s email including flagging important ones and writing responses in her voice● Prepare for meetings, track follow-ups, and keep commitments moving forward● Manage correspondence and inboxes● Maintain discretion with sensitive editorial, donor, organizational, and personal information● Coordinate domestic and international travel end-to-end, including flights, lodging, ground transportation, with associated itineraries● Support special projects as they come up given the organization’s many moving parts$125K/year + full healthcare benefits 40hrs/week weekdays, daytime, exact hours will vary Remote 4 days/week, in-person 1 day/week, occasional evenings and weekends as needed
