About the role

Catapult is hiring a Founding Operator / Chief of Staff to work directly with its co-founders on strategic initiatives, operations, and growth within an AI startup. You will help the founders focus their time and energy, then independently take high-impact projects from idea through implementation. You will own critical projects, connect the dots across GTM, product, operations, finance, and hiring, and bring versatility, initiative, and sound judgment to a fast-paced environment while learning
