About the role
We are seeking a Sales Assistant (Wholesale) to serve as the right hand to the Vice President of Sales and Business Development-Swim (located in Fashion District)Must have strong Excel (Pivot Tables/Vlookups) & Power Point.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in all aspects of the sales process, including, but not limited to, sales orders, buy sheets, selling reports/recaps, inventory. Engage in buyer interactions and follow up with buying teams. Prepare e-commerce copy for websites, highlighting product features and benefits. Maintain extreme attention to detail and exceptional follow up skills Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment Help maintain the showroom and assist with market appointments with the buyers.
Qualifications:
6 months to 1 year of experience in a sales support role.(Swim experience is not necessary. Your experience can be other classifications all swimwear, Sportswear, Accessories, etc.)Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must requirement for this role. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload. Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks. Must have a BA/BS.Strong MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point. Job Types: Full-time only, 4-5 days in office mandatory
