About the role

MPS seeks a detail‑driven Cost & Inventory Manager to lead product costing, inventory control, and working capital performance across the organization. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Accounting, and Finance leadership to embed disciplined costing and inventory practices into daily operations. As a senior leader, you will own costing governance, drive standard cost updates, maintain inventory controls, and optimize working capital while aligning cost
