About the role

Job Description: Job Description CRN Dental Technology is full service dental lab that makes dental appliance for dental offices. We're looking for friendly, detailed-oriented, individuals with a positive attitude who understands how to work as a team. Busy work environment, requires ability to multi-task and prioritize work requests accordingly. Dental Office experience a plus, Full-Time position 8-5 M-FResponsibilities include:
  • Client Support
  • Answering multi-line phones
  • CollectionsClient Support
  • Scheduling cases
  • Scheduling Patients
  • Disinfecting of dental impressions
  • CollectionsOccasional Deliveries (paid mileage)
Qualifications:
  • Dental Office, or dental laboratory experience
  • Excellent dispute resolution/customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency with pc, copier, printer, telephone
  • Excellent time management skills
  • QuickBooks and Microsoft applications a plus.
  • High school diploma /GEDHighly Organized$21-$25 per hour (Depending on relevant experience)
