Job Description: Maintenance Helper – Pasadena, TX
Location: Baytown, TX
Pay: $18.50/hour
Shift:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Helper to support our facilities team in daily operations. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in maintenance, assist with repairs, and help ensure a safe, clean, and efficient workplace.
Responsibilities:
Assist maintenance staff with general repairs and upkeep Perform routine cleaning, organization, and preventive maintenance tasks Help with equipment setup, moving, and minor repairs Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)Report issues or needed repairs to the maintenance supervisor Support team efforts to maintain a safe and productive work environment
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to lift and carry materials as needed Reliable and punctual with good communication skills Prior maintenance or construction experience is a plus but not required\nCompany
