About the role
Enhancements Account Manager Bedrock Landscaping is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Enhancements Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, selling and coordinating landscape enhancement projects, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction from estimate through completion. The ideal candidate is proactive, sales-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor service environment. Maintain strong client communication throughout each project.
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of residential and/or commercial landscaping clients Identify opportunities for landscape enhancements and upgrades Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and project recommendations Coordinate with production crews, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely job completion Conduct site visits to evaluate properties and verify scope of work Track sales activity, follow-ups, and project progress in CRM or job management system Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations Support upselling and long-term account growth Previous experience in landscaping, lawn maintenance, construction, or outdoor services preferred Strong sales or account management experience Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to read basic landscape plans or site layouts (preferred) Strong organization and time management skills Comfortable working outdoors and visiting job sites regularly Valid driver's license Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
