About the Role: Adaptive Insight LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business supporting GSA's Fourth-Party Logistics (4PL) Program, is hiring an experienced Logistics Analyst to support U.S. Coast Guard logistics operations on-site in Boston, MA. This role performs advanced logistics analysis and operational support, works with a high degree of independence, and may provide informal guidance to junior analysts at the site as directed. REQUIRES U.S. CITIZENSHIPWhat You'll DoPerform advanced logistics analysis, discrepancy resolution, and process review for complex or recurring issues at the installation Serve as an experienced resource on government logistics platforms, data systems, and contract performance requirements Prepare and review logistics reports and performance documentation for Adaptive Insight leadership and, as directed, the government customer Provide guidance and informal mentoring to junior logistics analysts as directed if assigned as a senior analyst. Coordinate with government customer representatives on routine to moderately complex logistics requirements Support development of standard operating procedures and performance metrics at the site level Maintain full compliance with facility access protocols, security procedures, and CUI handling standards
Requirements
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field; OR six (6) or more years of progressively responsible logistics, supply chain, or transportation experience in lieu of degree
  • Minimum three (3) years of direct logistics operations experience, preferably supporting federal government contracts or military installations
  • Demonstrated proficiency with government logistics platforms and contract reporting requirements
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, particularly ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a GSA Medium Risk Public Trust clearance and required facility access credentialsU.S. citizenship required
  • PreferredProfessional logistics certification (SOLE, APICS CPIM/CSCP, ISM, or equivalent)
  • Military logistics background
  • Prior experience on a federal or DoD logistics contract
