About the role

Ōura is hiring a Senior Hardware Operations Program Specialist to own the financial backbone of NPI programs and support factory builds in SF. You will manage budgets, reconcile spend, and provide leadership with a clear financial picture. The role blends finance with hands-on operations, requiring collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Sourcing, and Finance. Hybrid work from San Francisco 2–3 days a week is required.
