About the role
Starting Spring 2027, weare looking for an enthusiastic Chef to join a private, 27m Oyster operating an unusual and adventurous summer itinerary. The yacht is a well-established private program with a professional crew of four, offering a positive onboard environment and a busy summer cruising schedule off the beaten track.
Departing Palma at the end of February, plans include cruising Ireland, Iceland and Greenland with guests before continuing on to Canada and the US, then heading to the Caribbean for winter 2027.
The Role:
This position is suited to a confident sailor / cook who enjoys working within a small, hands-on crew, delivering fresh, high-quality family meals while also contributing to the overall smooth running of the yacht. You will be responsible for menu planning, provisioning, and meal preparation for the owner and guests, with a focus on quality, variety, and attention to detail. This is a busy program where the owners love to entertain. There is also an expectation to assist the wider team where needed, supporting a collaborative and efficient crew dynamic.
Must be comfortable sharing a cabin with a male crew member

Requirements:
B1/B2 Visa or right to work in US as crew
Level 2 Hygiene
Previous experience as a yacht chef or similar (ie.chalet host) background
Ability to produce fresh, well-presented meals with a focus on seasonal ingredients
Organised and confident in provisioning and galley management
Comfortable working within a small crew structure
Flexible, positive, and team-oriented approach
