About the role
Collaborating with healthcare providers to enhance performance on value-based contracts, the full-time Provider Performance Manager will implement operational and clinical improvements, establish key performance metrics, and provide training and support to provider staff.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement operational and clinical process improvements to enhance provider performance
Identify and establish key performance metrics to measure provider performance related to value-based contracts
Provide training and support to provider staff on understanding performance metrics and implementing improvements
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Medicine, or Health Sciences required
Master's Degree in Nursing, Physician Assistant degree, or relevant graduate degrees preferred
3+ years of experience in behavioral health, value-based contracting, or process and performance improvement required
