Key ResponsibilitiesWelcoming Guests: Greet visitors, clients, and job applicants, and guide them to the right person or room.Managing Communications: Answer, screen, and forward phone calls, and handle incoming or outgoing emails.Handling Mail: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and deliveries.Scheduling: Update calendars, book meeting rooms, and coordinate appointments.Office Maintenance: Order office and kitchen supplies, track inventory, and keep the reception area tidy.Clerical Support: File documents, make copies, scan paperwork, and prepare basic reports.Required QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or an associate degree.Communication Skills: Clear spoken and written communication, plus a polite and professional attitude.Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.Organization: The ability to multi-task, prioritize duties, and pay strong attention to detail.Recent graduate to 2 years of experience is preferred
