About the role
- Serve as a trusted advisor for members' financial needs, offering solutions, handling transactions, and building meaningful relationships.
- Open new accounts, assist with account updates, and support lending opportunities.
- Cross-sell Clearview's full range of products using digital tools to match members' needs.
- Educate members on self-service options, such as a self-service kiosk or digital banking station, ATM, and automated phone service.
- Provide accurate rate quotes and product information.
- Resolve member concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Support Clearview's presence at community and charity events.
- Stay current on financial products, promotions, and policies.
- Participate in training, team initiatives, and ongoing professional development.
- What You'll BringHigh school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of customer-facing or transferable experience
- Clear and effective communication skills that build strong, trust-based relationships
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
- Understanding of financial products and services is preferred
- Sales and cross-selling experience is highly desirable
- Flexibility to travel between Financial Centers and work varied hours based on operational needs.
- Working HoursMonday - Thursday: 9am - 5pmFriday: 9am - 6pmSaturday: 9am - 2pmSchedule is based upon operational needs of the various Financial Centers this position covers.
