Key Responsibilities: Assist in updating and organizing IT policies, procedures, and service documentation. Support the collection and preparation of evidence for internal and external audits. Contribute to monitoring performance, compliance, and service management indicators (KPIs and SLAs).Participate in reviewing vendor contracts, service agreements, and governance controls. Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and IT projects. Provide support in IT projects, including planning, documentation, meeting coordination, and follow-up on deliverables. Support IT Service Management (ITSM) activities, including incident, problem, change, and service request processes. Assist in tracking service desk metrics, service performance reports, and operational dashboards. Support coordination between business users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of service-related issues. Assist in preparing operational reports, presentations, and executive summaries related to IT Services and Governance.
Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Desired Knowledge: Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point).Familiarity with service desk tools and ticket management processes is a plus.
Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication.
