About the role

Field Supervisor | Starting at $20/hour Lead with heart. Make a difference every day. As our Field Supervisor, you'll be the go-to leader who keeps our clients safe and well cared for at home. What You'll Do: Onboard new DMH clients and train new Personal Assistants (2 hours each)
Evaluate, coach, and celebrate our caregivers alongside the Program Manager Conduct monthly quality checks and help resolve client concerns Provide hands-on DMH shift coverage when needed Support the office and keep care plans and policies on track What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent (some college a plus) Reliable transportation and a working phone A caring attitude and a knack for leading by example Adding one or two real perks (like mileage reimbursement, flexible hours, or room for advancement) right under the pay line would make it even more appealing.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
