About the role

Job Opportunity – Production Associate We are currently hiring Production Associates for a friendly and fast-paced work environment. The position pays $17.00 per hour, and the shift begins at 7:00 a.m. This position is open to associates who are comfortable with either light or heavier production work. Spanish-speaking applicants are welcome, as English is not required for this role. Associates will rotate between two different departments, giving them the opportunity to learn multiple tasks throughout the workday. In the first department, associates will pull customer orders by following a work ticket. They will collect the correct mouth guards, place them into bags, and package the finished orders for shipment. Attention to detail is important to ensure each order is the second department, associates will remove finished mouth guards from the production machine, perform a basic quality check to ensure the products meet standards, and use hand scissors to trim any excess plastic. They will then package the completed products for shipping. This department also requires occasionally moving boxes weighing approximately 15 to 20 pounds. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are dependable, enjoy hands-on work, and can stay focused in a production environment. We are looking for team members who are reliable, willing to learn, and ready to contribute to a positive workplace. If you're interested in joining our team, we encourage you to apply today!

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
