About the role

Foley Equipment seeks an HRIS Administrator to lead the configuration, security, data integrity, and reporting of the HCM system and related HR technologies. You will support implementation activities, testing, go-live readiness, and ongoing administration. You will partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, vendors, and leaders to ensure HR technology supports business needs and employee experience, with emphasis on continuous improvement and change management.
