Job Description: Game Master – Full Time Lockbusters Escape Game is looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable full-time Game Master who enjoys working with people and creating great guest experiences. Our employee turnover is very low, and many of our team members have been with us for years. We’re looking for someone who wants a long-term position and to become part of our team.
What You’ll Do: Greet guests and explain escape room games Monitor games and provide hints Keep games and common areas clean and organized Make sure guests have a fun and memorable experience Encourage happy guests to leave reviews Pay, Incentives & Growth: Training starts at $14/hour Team members earn an additional incentive for every guest review that mentions them by name, paid out monthly. Strong performers can earn significant additional income through reviews. We conduct performance reviews regularly, with opportunities for wage increases Opportunity to cross-train as an Axe Coach at Epic Axe Throwing and learn basic bartending/cocktail preparation 8–10 hour shifts Employee discount
