RoyalCare Pharmacy in Santa Clarita/Valencia, California is seeking a Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to lead our independent retail pharmacy. This full-time role offers a daytime Mon–Fri schedule with additional responsibilities to manage operations and ensure regulatory compliance. You will supervise pharmacists, technicians, and delivery staff, build professional relationships with physicians, and uphold high standards of patient care and service in a supportive, teamwork-focused environment.
