Roll Former Operator
Location: Columbiana, OH Schedule: Full-Time, Monday Friday Swing Shift Starting pay is $20.25/hour, with the opportunity to increase to $21.00/hour after six months based on production rate. Schedule Swing Shift Must be flexible to work BOTH shifts Day Turn: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM, Monday Friday Afternoon Turn: 2:30 PM 11:00 PM, Monday Friday$2.00/hour shift differential for the afternoon turn Possible overtime and Saturdays as needed
Responsibilities: Operate manual and automatic cycle dies/presses. Use setup chart manuals to make size and tooling changes. Perform adjustments on roll former equipment. Operate a forklift to load steel coils and other raw materials into the press. Perform die setups and maintain product quality. Lift up to 50 pounds.
Requirements: Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred. Ability to follow setup charts and work instructions. Forklift experience is a plus. Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail. Must be flexible to work both day and afternoon shifts.
