Pay: $22.12/hr. on W2Summary:
Perform basic electronic or electro-mechanical assembly tasks. Work under guidance using mechanical diagrams and instructions. Disassemble, rework, or reassemble units to meet production schedules. Maintain cleanliness, quality, and safety standards.
Responsibilities: Complete assembly tasks using work instructions and verbal guidance. Report any unsafe conditions or hazards to the supervisor. Participate in quality checks, audits, and inspections. Engage in quality and productivity improvement activities. Report injuries and participate in accident basic computer programs as necessary. Complete required documentation such as time sheets and supply issues. Collaborate with manufacturing engineering to maintain other duties as assigned to meet customer needs.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 6 months of related manufacturing experience. Ability to assemble complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic subsystems. Proficiency in using small hand and power tools. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Basic computer operating experience.
Preferred Skills: Proven mechanical aptitude. Knowledge of soldering techniques, plumbing/piping systems, and electro-mechanical components. Willingness to work overtime to meet production schedules.
