Experience in E-commerce, Digital products (Web, Mobile etc) Application and infrastructure experienceWhat are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position?Availability and Performance MonitoringParticipate in high-priority war rooms and summarize/provide updates to key stakeholdersAssist with incident/problem RCA and identification of trendsIdentify key performance indicators and leverage monitoring tools to track trending/deviation from baselinesParticipate in pre-release performance/load testing as a technical SME, using KPIs to assess performance against baselinesProvide input and data analysis on a weekly/monthly basis for a set of services within the digital portfolioStability and Reliability EngineeringAssess and monitor overall application stability and performance, providing insight to areas for potential improvementIdentify risk areas and work collaboratively to address and remediateMonitor infrastructure capacity and performance, track the remediation of enterprise identified security vulnerabilitiesSupport technology modernization efforts, providing insights on opportunities for automation and optimizationDevelop/update technical documentation and diagramsWhat software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities? (ex. 9am-5pm, day/night shifts, rotating shifts, etc) 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. central Some night/Weekends depending on season or releases,What does the interview process look like? a. How many rounds? 2 initial and final b. Video vs. phone? Initial phone, final if candidate is local face to face c. How technical will the interviews be?
