Logistics Customer Service Rep Logistics Customer Service Representative (Order Processing)
Location: Flowery Branch, GA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Pay: $20/hour Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site (Not Remote) We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Customer Service Representative to support order processing, customer service, and inventory coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Process and enter customer orders accurately. Provide order status, delivery updates, and freight information. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely shipments. Create invoices, shipping documents, and freight quotes. Process returns, credits, and freight claims. Maintain accurate customer and inventory records. Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email. Support inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, order processing, billing, or a related field. Strong data entry, organizational, and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Customer-focused with strong attention to detail. Bilingual (Spanish or French) preferred. Resume required.
