About the role
Providing enterprise-level leadership for a global manufacturing network, the full-time Senior Director of Food Safety will develop and execute manufacturing strategies, advance operational performance, and foster collaboration across various teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the global Food Safety manufacturing strategy, including capacity planning and network optimization
Lead operational performance across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity outcomes
Establish standardized operating systems and continuous improvement initiatives across the global network
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Natural Science, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related discipline; a master's degree is preferred
At least 10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience in a complex operational environment
Demonstrated multi-site manufacturing leadership experience; global team leadership is preferred
Proven success in driving operational transformation and implementing Lean manufacturing practices
Strong financial acumen, including experience with operational budgets and resource allocation
