Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.Responsible for key growth initiatives including Go to Market, C&I Penetration, Key Account Management (Utility and Contractors), Price Lift and Volume Mix.Deliver results for 3M India, Electrical Market Division (CACS) through booking sales, pricing and payment collection for the territory.Job Responsibilities:Responsible for Tamil Nadu & Kerala Region Sales.Managing and Handling key accounts for C&I and Utility (EPC, Consultants and Electrical Contractor).Identify business growth opportunities to increase sales.Lead Pre-Sales, Business development for the territory to meet the Targets and Goals.Responsible for consolidating the full technical and commercial offers for Greenfield & Brownfield projects.Lead key Value-Selling initiatives with customers to improve product volume growth.Should be able to assess the customer requirements and support the customer with the solution.Leveraging SFDC as a growth tool will be a key enabler for success in this role.Skills and Qualification:BE / B Tech (Electrical)/ MBA with at least 7 -15 years of overall experience through direct/ Indirect sales to end customers.Should have Key Accounts Management experience.Strong Knowledge of Electrical Contractors and Consultants.Self-motivated with can do attitude who can inspire team for larger goals.Fast learner and ability to collaborate with other functions.
