We are seeking an experienced Recruiter 3 to support full-cycle talent acquisition efforts for a large, multifaceted organization. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, identify qualified candidates, and manage the hiring process from initial requisition intake through offer acceptance.
The ideal candidate will have:
5–7 years of recruiting or human resources experience, including exposure to manufacturing recruitment and salaried or management-level hiring. This role requires strong relationship management, communication, organization, and candidate screening skills, along with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary recruiting partner to hiring managers and business leaders, understanding workforce needs and developing appropriate recruiting strategies.
Conduct intake meetings to establish position requirements, sourcing strategies, and hiring priorities.
Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including requisition creation, sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, offer extension, and onboarding coordination.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified and diverse talent for current and future hiring needs.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines while ensuring the quality of candidates presented to hiring managers.
Partner with recruiting coordinators, sourcing teams, and external recruitment agencies to support hiring objectives.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate relationship management (CRM) tools, and sourcing technologies to manage candidate activity and recruitment data.
Monitor candidate progress and proactively address bottlenecks to reduce time-to-hire.
Communicate recruitment updates, hiring progress, and sourcing challenges to business stakeholders and recruiting leadership.
Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with established recruitment policies and processes.
Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication, follow-up, and coordination throughout the hiring process.
Leverage recruiting metrics and data to evaluate performance, identify challenges, and support hiring decisions.
Collaborate with recruiting peers across teams and provide recruiting support as needed.
Required Qualifications5–7 years of professional recruiting or human resources experience.
Associate degree or higher, or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
Background recruiting for manufacturing roles.
Experience recruiting for salaried, professional, or management-level positions.
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to partner effectively with multiple hiring managers and stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong candidate screening and talent assessment capabilities.
Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in resolving recruiting challenges.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Workday or similar applicant tracking systems.
- Volume recruiting experience.
- Experience using candidate relationship management tools and sourcing technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and performance data.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation and commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
