Job Description:
Job Description People Source is hiring Pool Technicians to service residential and commercial swimming pools throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in providing quality pool maintenance and excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine swimming pool cleaning and maintenance
- Test and balance pool water chemistry
- Add and maintain proper levels of chlorine, acid, and other chemicals
- Skim, brush, vacuum, and clean pools
- Clean and maintain pool filters, pumps, and other equipment
- Inspect pool equipment and identify potential issues
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs when qualified
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle and equipment
- Follow all safety procedures when handling pool chemicals and equipment
Qualifications:
- Previous pool service or pool maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of pool chemicals and water chemistry
- Basic understanding of pool pumps, filters, and plumbing
- Valid driver's license
- Comfortable working outdoors in Texas weather
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Pay$19-$21 per hour, depending on experience
ScheduleMonday-Friday
Occasional overtime may be available
