About the role

ElectroCraft, Inc. seeks a Senior Design Engineer to lead the design, development and sustainment of fractional horsepower motors and motion products. You will work hands-on to create robust, manufacturable solutions and mentor other engineers across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, and customers to ensure performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance while driving cost reductions and continuous improvement initiatives.
