Trane Technologies is seeking an experienced Product Engineer to join our Controls Product Management team in Minnesota. You will act as a technical product expert, bridging development and field teams to ensure our building controls are easy to apply, install, and support. You will drive field outreach, author high-impact literature, lead product training, and manage the enhancement pipeline to continuously improve customer experience.
