About the role

Love gaming and want to help kids build their own? iCode is hiring a part-time Gaming Instructor to teach Unreal Engine 5 game development to students ready to go from players to creators. What you'll teach: Students learn the fundamentals of Unreal Engine 5, including Blueprints, level design, animation, cinematic scenes, and game mechanics, while designing and building their own publishable 3D game. The course emphasizes critical thinking, teamwork, and creativity, and students leave with a working game and real skills in programming and design.
What we're looking for:
  • Experience with Unreal Engine 5 (Blueprints, level design, animation)
  • Prior experience teaching or working with kids (required)
  • Strong communication skills and patience with beginners
  • Passion for gaming and game development
  • Background in CS, game design, or related field a plus
