See HUBZone Map to check your address and verify it complies with the requirement.Part-Time (10 hours/week), Monday through Thursday, Morning Shift PreferredStarting pay is $12.77/hourSSI is seeking a receptionist to assist with greeting visitors, answering phone calls and basic administrative support.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure effective telephone, mail and email communications both internally and externallyGreet visitors, answer telephone inquiries routing calls to the appropriate personnelManage conference room reservations and organize all aspects for meetingsAssist with large mailingsArrange and coordinate meetingsMaintain general office inventoryUpdate various spreadsheet sheets and other general administrative duties as neededSKILLS AND EXPERIENCEDetail oriented with strong planning and organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oralBasic computer literacy, capable of functioning in an independent capacityREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMUST live in a current designated HUBZone.
