Role Description: The Assistant to Chief Executive Officer is a full-time remote role responsible for providing high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO. This position manages the CEO’s calendar, schedules meetings, coordinates travel, and prepares presentations, reports, and correspondence. The assistant organizes and maintains confidential files, tracks action items, and ensures timely completion of follow-ups and deliverables. The role includes coordinating communication between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and supporting special projects and initiatives. The assistant also helps streamline office administration processes and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency in executive workflows.
Qualifications: Demonstrated Executive Administrative Assistance experience, including direct support to senior leadership or C-level executives. Strong Communication skills, including clear written communication, professional email etiquette, and confident virtual and phone interaction with stakeholders. Proven Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, travel coordination, document preparation, and meeting support. Excellent Organization Skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain accurate records and documentation. Experience with Office Administration, including managing workflows, supporting office processes, and using productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace).Ability to work independently in a remote environment, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment and discretion. Familiarity with aviation, aerospace, or staffing industries is beneficial but not required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
