LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist to join a growing team in La Mesa, San Diego. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish and have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and provide professional, timely assistance Respond to customer questions and resolve issues while maintaining a positive experience Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish Accurately enter and update customer information in internal systems Document customer interactions and follow established procedures Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when needed Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications: Bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and verbal 1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and multitasking Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly Reliable, professional, and customer-focused Assignment Details: Contract role until end of March Onsite Located in La Mesa, San Diego
