Integrity | Compassion | Empowerment | Sustainability As an Extrusion Saw Operator at Schupan, you will play a direct role in keeping our production operations running smoothly. You will be responsible for accurately cutting, sorting, and distributing material to support on-time order fulfillment -- as part of a team that takes pride in both quality and safety. Operate extrusion saw equipment to cut material according to production schedules and work orders Read customer orders, shipping documents, and requisitions to determine what needs to be moved or distributed Assemble and stage customer orders; place on pallets, shelves, or route to packing station Mark materials with accurate identifying information and retrieve items from receiving or production areas Sort and store materials by size, type, style, color, or product code Safely load and unload in restricted spaces Apply basic math skills -- tape measure, calipers, decimals, fractions -- to ensure accurate cuts Use feeler gauges to properly square blocks

Basic requirements:

3-6 months of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and training
Forklift experience preferred; willingness to become certified required
Basic computer skills

Physical requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements throughout a full shift
Lift and carry up to 25 lbs. routinely; occasionally 50+ lbs.
Ability to wear all required safety equipment

Pay: $18-$24/hr with overtime and bonuses available (safety/attendance, end-of-year, monthly gas)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM; OT and Saturdays as required
