Inventory Specialist

Inventory Specialist Responsibilities: Receive and restock physical product into vending machines and vendor managed inventory areas Retrieve product bins from storage and deliver them to the appropriate production stations in a timely manner Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor Ensure products are accurately labeled and properly organized in bins Safely lift and transport bins weighing 1040 lbs, following all safety protocols Collaborate with production team members to maintain workflow and reduce downtime Keep storage areas and workstations clean and organized Participate in periodic inventory counts and audits as needed Work within our vending portal and procurement system to create quotes, place orders, expedite orders, and look up lead times for orders Requirements for Inventory Specialist: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Ability to frequently lift and move 1040 lb bins throughout the shift Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Effective communication and teamwork skills Familiarity with inventory management is a plus Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to regularly lift and carry bins (10-40 lbs)Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods Ability to work in a fast-paced, occasionally noisy environmentQPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
