About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Builder Direct - Remote TX to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will oversee builder-focused sales execution and guide a team responsible for driving territory results across a defined customer base. The manager will partner closely with account leadership and internal stakeholders to strengthen customer relationships, support business planning, and improve performance in a competitive market. Success in this position will come from strong coaching, disciplined operational follow-through, and the ability to represent the organization credibly with customers and industry contacts.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
Responsibilities: Lead and develop Builder Account Managers through performance management and coaching Ensure execution of builder channel policies and sales initiatives Act as the primary escalation point for customer concerns and business needs Monitor business performance and hold the team accountable for results Collaborate with National Account Managers and cross-functional teams Manage and approve change orders per established policies Support business planning and identify opportunities for improvement Represent the organization at customer meetings and industry events QualificationsBachelor's degree required 7+ years in field sales or account management Preferred experience in people management and performance coaching Strong knowledge of sales concepts and business processes Experience in the appliance or builder industry is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory BenefitsFlexible work hours and hybrid work environment Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Generous holiday and vacation time off 401(k) retirement savings plan with company contributions Employee product discounts, EAP upon hire, and tuition reimbursement after 12 months Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
