About the role
Leading the strategy and performance of the Survey business across the Americas region, the full-time Director of Surveys will manage client development, operational excellence, and team growth while ensuring the delivery of high-quality survey solutions.
Key responsibilities
Oversee the strategy and day-to-day performance of the Survey business, focusing on revenue growth and client satisfaction
Ensure successful delivery of US Survey projects, maintaining high standards for quality and turnaround time
Lead and develop the Americas Survey team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
10+ years of experience in market research, surveys, or related insights business with demonstrated leadership
Proven ability to develop client relationships and expand survey usage to drive revenue growth
Strong understanding of quantitative research workflows, including sampling and data collection
Experience managing complex client-facing operations and leading teams
Familiarity with survey platforms and emerging AI applications is preferred
