About the role

ServiceNow Project ManagerWe are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead ServiceNow implementation and maintenance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow, project management, and Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and oversee ServiceNow projects from initiation to closure.Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout project execution.Track project progress, risks, and dependencies; provide regular status updates to leadership.Drive continuous improvement and best practices for ServiceNow implementation and support.Required Qualifications:Proven experience as a Project Manager for ServiceNow implementations or maintenance.Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules.Expertise in Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Preferred Qualifications:PMP or Scrum Master certification.Experience in managing multiple ServiceNow projects simultaneously.
