Standex Electronics, a leader in sensing, switching, and power magnetics, seeks a Director of Engineering to lead the Endurance Design Team for Power Magnetics. You will oversee a cross-functional engineering organization, drive EVT/DVT to production, and shape technology roadmaps while improving processes and performance across multiple sites. The role requires senior engineering management experience, a Bachelor's in Engineering, and knowledge of Lean, RCCA, and ISO/AS9100; ITAR/CUI experience
