About the role

Cinemark is seeking a Vice President, Operational Design and Innovation to lead a strong operational foundation enabling theatres to exceed company goals. This role drives strategy, project management, continuous improvement, industrial engineering, and F&B operations in a fast-paced environment. The VP will partner with senior leaders to set strategic objectives, develop long-range plans, and build a high-engagement leadership culture across CSC Operations and field teams.
