Design ConsultantLocation: Cincinnati, OHSchedule: Rotating schedule Monday-Friday, Tuesday-SaturdayWest Shore Home is a technology-driven and industry-leading home improvement company specializing in high-quality and convenient remodels of Bathrooms, Flooring, Windows, and Doors. West Shore Home operates in over 40 locations nationwide and is home to over 3,000 employees!An In-Home Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for all customers by delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements to purchase our products and services.Key role accountabilities:Follow a monthly rotating schedule:Weeks 12: MonFri, available 9:00 AM7:00 PMWeeks 34: TuesFri (9:00 AM7:00 PM) & Sat (9:00 AM2:00 PM)Sales appointments are about 2 hours eachAttend weekly team meetings and training workshopsGuide customers through a personalized one-call close sales processNo cold-calling or lead generation- all leads are warm and pre-set.
