Key responsibilities include leading a geographically dispersed team, driving organic revenue growth, and using commercial analytics to manage performance. The role also requires a leader who is highly fluent in modern sales technology and data-driven commercial management, with a focus on CRM and sales enablement platforms. The candidate should be enterprise-minded, with a builder's mentality, and possess the ability to influence and persuade, while being operationally pragmatic and comfortable in ambiguity.
