Asphalt Paving Crew Member – CDL Required - $26 - $30 per hour (Based on Experience) - Farmingdale, New Jersey Looking for a hands-on construction role where every day brings something different? Do you have asphalt experience and enjoy working as part of a reliable crew? Asphalt Restoration Enterprises, LLC is looking for an experienced Asphalt Paving Crew Member to support emergency paving projects, utility repairs, and municipal road patching across the area. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality work, follows safety standards, and wants to be part of a professional team. You’ll work alongside experienced supervisors and help deliver fast, reliable paving solutions for a range of projects.

The role: You will be responsible for:

Responding to emergency paving jobs and temporary road repairs
Assisting with loading, unloading, and operating paving equipment including rollers, excavators, and skid steers
Completing daily vehicle inspections and time reports
Following all safety procedures and wearing required PPESupporting the crew with additional duties as needed
Being available for emergency weekend work once every four weeks
The person
We are looking for someone who has:
Valid Class A CDL with no restrictions and a clean driving record
Valid medical card
Experience working in asphalt and construction
Ability to drive manual trucks
Reliable attendance and a professional attitude
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
