Carolina Core Youth Soccer (CCYS) is seeking an inspiring Girls Academy Director to lead the strategy and execution for our GA program (U13‑U19) and feeder pipelines. You will shape coaching standards, game model fidelity, and talent development while driving recruitment, college pathways, and player wellness.
This executive role partners with the Technical Co‑CEO and Operations & Player Care Co‑CEO to build a high‑performance culture.
