Location: Houston, TX 77008
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM–10:00 PMPAY STRUCTURE – PLEASE READ You will work the full 11:00 AM–10:00 PM shift. The hourly rate changes at 5:00 PM:11:00 AM–5:00 PM → $16/hour 5:00 PM–10:00 PM → $19/hour This is ONE full shift. You do not choose between the two rates. You will be paid $16/hour for the first 6 hours and $19/hour for the remaining 5 hours. Weekly Pay | Overtime Opportunities | Long-Term Opportunity
About the Position: We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Bilingual English/Spanish Order Picker to join a busy freezer warehouse team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is physically active, dependable, works well with a team, and is looking for steady full-time work with opportunities to grow. Freezer gear is provided.
What You’ll Do: Pick and stage customer orders accurately Work with forklifts and pallet jacks as needed Move and organize frozen products Verify orders for accuracy before shipping Follow safety and food-handling procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse Work in temperatures ranging from -10°ree; F to 32°ree; FRequirements Bilingual English/Spanish Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
