About the role
MS Legal Search's client, a leading Texas law firm, is seeking a corporate attorney to join its growing Corporate practice group. The ideal lawyer has experience with acquisitions, divestitures, financing, joint ventures, as well as representing developers, lenders, private equity companies and operating companies in various transactions. Additional experience with capital formation, contract negotiation/documentation, lending, factoring and day-to-day representation of corporations and other business entities is appreciated. Must be Texas bar licensed and have at least four years of law firm or in-house experience. Compensation is $175K+ and is based on experience. Located in the Greenway Plaza area, Houston, Texas.
