You will blend technical leadership with people management, driving strategy and operational excellence across a remote-capable mobile team. You will partner with Product, UX and Data Science to translate logistics workflows into intuitive experiences, champion CI/CD, and mentor engineers to grow their careers in a fast-paced environment.
